Mihai Badau has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mihai started their career as a Web Intern at BIG Vienna in 2010. In 2011, they completed a Java and iOS development Internship at Atos Worldline, where they worked on a multi-channel notification platform and developed an iOS application for the Caisse d'allocations familiales (CAF).
Following their internship, Mihai joined Atos Worldline as a Software Engineer in 2012. Mihai contributed to the development of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Payment Suite (SPS) and focused on building a back-office system for client configuration and transaction monitoring.
In 2016, Mihai transitioned to the role of Mobile Engineer at Worldline's Mobile Competence Center in the Financial Services Business Line. Mihai worked on a range of client projects and internal product initiatives, including a customizable mobile banking application for small-to-medium-sized banking institutions.
Mihai's responsibilities expanded in 2019 when they became a Lead Mobile Engineer at Worldline. In this role, they not only led development projects but also improved development processes, established a new Android starter project, and created documentation to support new team members.
Most recently, Mihai joined Innovorder in 2023 as a Senior Android Engineer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in Android development.

From 2007 to 2012, Mihai Badau attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
