InnovoTEX is an oncology therapeutic company developing its proprietary platform of uniquely designed novel assets. We identified a lead clinical candidate, NOVO-111, that induces ribosomal biosynthesis stress to activate wt-p53 and circumvent platinum resistance in wt-p53 refractory cancers, including ovarian cancer. Secondary candidates are in early development for multiple solid tumor indications. Our exclusive IP portfolio is licensed from UT Austin and MD Anderson Cancer Center, which supports our strong collaboration with each institution for continued development work. We are in early conversations with large pharma for potential milestone partnerships that could result in an early exit within 2-5 years.
