Leah Jones, MBA, CSM has a diverse work experience. Leah began their career in 2009 as a Lifeguard Pool Manager at Northland Pool Management Company. In 2012, they took on a Sales Associate role at Bath & Body Works. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at DST Systems as a Mutual Fund Representative and Senior Mutual Funds Representative. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Client Relations Specialist at SS&C Technologies. In 2019, they became an IT Business Analyst at ECCO Select and a Project Coordinator at SelectQuote Insurance Services. In 2021, they took on roles as a Junior Project Manager & Scrum Master at CVP (Customer Value Partners) and Project Manager at Innovu.

Leah Jones holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwest Missouri State University, which they obtained in 2020. Leah also holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the same university, which they obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Maple Woods Community College in 2015. In addition, they hold a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2020.
