David Samuel

David Samuel has a wealth of professional experience spanning four decades. From 1980 to 1986, they served as the Director of Operations at the Five Quad Volunteer Ambulance Service. David then moved to Frequency Plus Corporation, where they were Sales Manager from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 1991, they were Branch Manager at GTE Mobile Communications. David then joined Avtech Systems, Inc. as Vice President and General Manager from 1991 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Account Management at Redflex Traffic Systems. David then worked as National Sales Manager for Remote Communications at Sony Electronics Professional Solutions Americas from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they were Business Development Manager for Transit Technologies at Global Traffic Technologies, LLC. Currently, they are the Head of Sales and Business Development, Enforcement Portfolio, North America at Yunex Traffic, and will soon become the Sr. Director of Sales- ITS Markets at Innovusion.

David Samuel obtained a B.A in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY from 1980 to 1984. David then completed Incident Command System (ICS) courses from the Federal Emergency Management Agency from 2008 to 2012. In February 2016, they were awarded an InfoComm-Recognized AV Technologist certification from InfoComm International.
