Peang Sou has been in the energy industry since 2006, when they began working as a Business Analyst/SAP at Reliant Energy. In 2012, they moved to NRG Energy, where they held the roles of DA Forecast/Optimization, Load Forecasting, and Gross Margin Accounting. Since 2017, they have been working as Manager, Client Success at Innowatts.

Peang Sou attended Chinquapin School and later obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Houston, where their field of study was Finance/Accounting.
