Sandhiya Pillai

Sandhiya Pillai has a strong background in finance and human resources. Sandhiya started working at Credit Guarantee Corporation in 2012 as an Internal Auditor, where they conducted credit and annual reviews on loan SME applicants, performed audits on internal departments, and reported discrepancies or suggested improvements to the board. In 2014, Sandhiya joined Shell as an Expat Financial Advisor. In this role, they provided financial advice to expatriates. In 2015, they joined Innowave as the Finance and HR Manager, and later became the Director of Finance and Human Resources in 2021. Their responsibilities at Innowave include managing financial operations and HR functions.

Sandhiya Pillai completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Professional Accounting and Finance from Taylor's University. Sandhiya attended the university from 2009 to 2013.
