Chris Augur

Chris Augur has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chris served as the Principal at Legacy Capital Inc, where they advised technology company boards and CEOs on strategic matters. Chris also worked as a Special Advisor at BVA / Brown Venture Associates, a well-connected firm in Silicon Valley, where they completed numerous engagements and provided support for financing venture capital funds. Chris Augur also served as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Innowi, a technology company focused on front-line workers, and at Axus Technology, a company developing semiconductor processing solutions. Chris joined the Board of SimpleWAN, a company specializing in SD-WAN technology. Before these roles, Chris Augur was the President of ZIVELO, a kiosk supplier to major brands. Chris co-founded and worked as the Managing Director at Intelligent Capital Inc, where they led M&A and financing transactions with renowned companies and investors. Chris also served as the President of Isola Group, leading its turnaround and successful divestment. Additionally, Chris Augur was an investor and Special Limited Partner at Osprey Ventures LP and founded and served as the Executive Director of Arizona Angels, an angel investing group in Phoenix.

Chris Augur attended Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Chris later enrolled at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and completed their Executive Management Program.
