Roberto Donovan is a seasoned compliance and operations expert with extensive experience in highly regulated markets. Currently serving as Principal of Supervision and Compliance at InnReg since January 2017, Roberto specializes in assisting innovative companies to navigate regulatory challenges and enhance operational frameworks. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at Vestfi LLC and Trade App, and Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer of TradeKing, with earlier positions at optionsXpress, Merrill Lynch, and SURETRADE.
