Stany Castillo

Stany Castillo is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in research and development collaboration. As the Co-Founder and CEO of InnScience since September 2018, Stany has been instrumental in advancing a platform dedicated to R&D. Stany also co-founded Equipamiento Científico SAC, successfully leading the organization to a remarkable five-fold increase in yearly revenue over five years. Stany's academic contributions include serving as a guest lecturer in Biology and Forest Botany at Universidad Nacional de Cajamarca, where Stany mentored students in their learning and research projects. Earlier, Stany gained research experience as an Assistant at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, where a project earned a national award. Stany holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from University Canada West, an International Business Management diploma from Greystone College, and additional MBA and bachelor's degrees in Biology from various prestigious institutions.
