Keith McManus

Keith McManus serves as the Director of Preconstruction and Construction at Innspace since September 2023. Previously, McManus held the position of Preconstruction Manager at Abbott Construction from September 2022 to September 2023 and was a Principal and Senior Project Manager at Unispace from July 2018 to September 2022. At Unispace, a global workplace specialist, significant contributions were made to enhance project management and delivery. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at GLY Construction, Project Engineer at Bayley Construction, and managerial responsibilities at Mel's Burger Bar. McManus has also been involved with CoreNet Global as a committee member and served on the Construction Management Advisory Board at Central Washington University. McManus holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
