Mathias Adolfsson

Mathias Adolfsson has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mathias began their career in 1994 as the founder of MTA International in Sweden. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as an engineer for Comviq GSM AB in Sweden, followed by a position as a Senior Consultant at Netcom Consultants AB in Sweden from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they became Manager at Netcom Consultants Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore, and was promoted to Managing Director in 2003. During this time, they managed to triple the company's revenue and turn around the company from a negative EBIT to a positive EBIT. In 2005, Mathias Adolfsson founded Northern Star Sweden AB in Stockholm, Sweden, where they served as Managing Director. In 2007, they were appointed CEO of Zebor Technology, and was responsible for capitalizing the company through VC, finalizing product development, packaging products, and setting and executing the go to market strategy. From 2009 to 2012, they were Technical Director and Founder of People of Lava Sweden AB in Stockholm, Sweden. During this time, they were responsible for market research, product design and solutions, sub supplier agreements, production and assembly line, and seven product launches. In 2012, Mathias Adolfsson became CTO of InnSpire\u2122, where they worked with hotels worldwide to help them sell more, entertain better, and analyze and optimize operations.

Mathias Adolfsson has a diverse educational background. Mathias completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Nackademin in 1997, specializing in Telecom and Data communication. Mathias then earned their Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide in 2004, with a specialization in the Infocomm industry. Prior to this, they attended Blackebergs Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994. In 2020, they completed a course at Fastighetsföretagarskolan MINA HUS in Real Estate Development.
