Suzanne Niemeyer

Suzanne Niemeyer serves as General Counsel at Magis Capital Partners since September 2019, overseeing the legal functions of the firm and its portfolio companies, including Fiduciary Exchange (FIDx) and Advisor Credit Exchange (ACx). From June to December 2019, Niemeyer was a Board Member at Astea International, where leadership was provided as chairperson of the Special Committee during the company’s strategic sale to IFS. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel, Managing Director, and Corporate Secretary at Actua Corporation from 2000 to 2019, and as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Group at Dechert LLP from 1995 to 2000. Niemeyer holds a B.A., cum laude, from Duke University and a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
