Dave Montrose

Dave Montrose has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with their most recent position being Executive Vice President at InnVentures IVI LP since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Highgate Hotels starting in April 2022. Before these roles, Dave served as Senior Vice President at Brush Creek Ranch from July 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Janko Hospitality LLC from May 2020 to August 2021. Dave spent a significant portion of their career at White Lodging Services, where they held various positions including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President Operations, Senior Regional Vice President Operations, Regional Vice President, Lead General Manager, and General Manager from 1996 to 2020. Dave also served as the Regional Director of Operations at Tharaldson Hospitality Management from October 1992 to April 1996 and as an Assistant General Manager at Marriott International from June 1987 to October 1992.

From 1985 to 1990, Dave Montrose attended The Ohio State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management.
