Niveesha Hill

Niveesha Hill, MSMOB, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Area General Manager at InnVentures IVI LP since April 2024. Niveesha is also the President and CEO of Accelerated Leadership, a position held since January 2023. Previous roles include Complex General Manager at RAR Hospitality, where responsibilities included oversight of Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites, and serving on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Tourism Authority. Niveesha has held various management positions at notable establishments like Carlsbad By The Sea Hotel and Hyatt Place, contributing significantly to operations and guest services throughout a career that began in hospitality with Hilton Hotel. Niveesha's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Springfield, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Lincoln Land Community College.
