Philippe Boivin

With a background in law, Philippe Boivin currently holds the position of Vice-President, Corporate Affairs at INO. Philippe also serves as a lecturer at Université Laval, focusing on intellectual property law. Additionally, Philippe is actively involved in various organizations such as the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and serves on advisory committees for Axelys and FORPIQ. Prior to their current role, Philippe was a Partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, specializing in technology, commercial law, intellectual property, and M&A.
