Rachel Miana

Rachel Miana possesses extensive experience in sales, management, and project coordination within the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving in a sales role at Inoa since June 2024, Rachel previously held the position of Manager of Electronic Trading Solutions and Clearing Services at Santander Brasil, where responsibilities included leading teams for Institutional and Retail sectors and enhancing customer onboarding processes. Prior experience includes project management at Necton, where Rachel orchestrated a significant merger, and as Coordinator of Middle Office at Itaú BBA, where process optimization efforts resulted in a substantial reduction in overtime. Earlier roles included Systems Development Manager at XP INVESTIMENTOS and Electronic Trading VP at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, along with teaching positions at Universidade Ibirapuera and Universidade Cidade de São Paulo. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from USP, an MBA in Finance from Insper, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora.
