Currently serving as Vice Chairman of INOAC USA, Inc. since 2021, Chuck previously held the position of President from 2010 to 2020, directing operations for INOAC Corporation’s North American businesses. Prior to INOAC, Chuck was CFO and Partner at BBK from 2005 to 2010, specializing in corporate revitalization and operational improvement. Chuck's career also includes significant roles at Intertec Systems as Vice President of Finance & Administration, Division Controller at Trim Trends, and Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand. Educationally, Chuck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
