Jan Lohoff

Jan Lohoff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jan started their career at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where they held various positions for a decade. Later, they worked as the Marketing & Sales Manager at Pick Point AG. Jan then joined SCHÄFER Werke GmbH as the Chief Representative in China. After that, they worked as the Regional Sales Director for RENNER GmbH Kompressoren, responsible for Asia, the Middle East, UK, and the USA.

Jan's career then took him to Aliaxis, a global leader in plastic fluid handling solutions, where they held several positions. Jan first served as the International Sales Director for the Building Services Division at FRIATEC AG, an Aliaxis company, before becoming the International Sales Director for Sanitary products. Jan then became the Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa in the Aliaxis EMEA Division.

Following their time at Aliaxis, Jan held the position of CEO at iNOEX China, a subsidiary of iNOEX GmbH. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and CEO of iNOEX GmbH, an organization specializing in developing systems and technical solutions for the pipe, profile, cable, and film extrusion industry.

Throughout their career, Jan has showcased their expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they have worked with.

Jan Lohoff obtained an MBA with a focus on Leadership from the German Graduate School of Management and Law (GGS) between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they studied Marketing at Northern Michigan University from 1999 to 2000. Jan also holds a BS (Dipl.-Betriebswirt) in Marketing and Human Resources from Hochschule Bielefeld, which they earned from 1996 to 2000. In terms of professional development, Jan completed a course on Active Price Management at the University of St.Gallen in January 2012. Jan also participated in the Aliaxis Senior Leaders 'Expand & Navigate' Programme at Vlerick Business School in June 2012. Furthermore, they completed a seminar on M&As and Corporate Strategy at INSEAD in November 2014. Jan is planning to attend a course on Building Game-Changing Organizations: Aligning Purpose, Performance, and People at MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2023.
