Ana Crippa

Ana Crippa started their career as an entry level accountant at Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf, LLP before moving on to Deckers Outdoor Corporation as Assistant Controller. Ana eventually started their own accounting and tax business, Crippa Accounting, before joining Deckers Brands as Manager of Financial Projects. Currently, Ana is working as the Manager of Accounting & Process Improvements at Inogen, where Ana oversees accountants and ensures the accuracy of GAAP Financial Statements for a publicly held company. Ana also focuses on implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Throughout their career, Ana has demonstrated strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
