Delphine Leboulanger

Delphine Leboulanger currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Inogen since March 2024. Previously, Delphine held various senior leadership roles at Philips from June 2013 to October 2023, including Sr Director of Business Segment Leader for Home Respiratory Care, where responsibility included managing a $350 million P&L and leading business strategy and product development. Other roles at Philips involved managing a strategic shift to holistic solutions and directing a marketing transformation initiative. Delphine's earlier experience includes international marketing leadership at Respironics Inc. and Marketing Manager roles in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Delphine holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, a Master of Computer Applications from Cranfield University, and an Associate of Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
