Lisa Foster has a wealth of experience in wound care, having worked in the field since 1997. Lisa began their career as a LT Registered Nurse in the US Navy Reserve, where they were a successful Charge Nurse on a busy Same-Day Surgery Unit. Lisa then moved on to Kaiser Home Health as a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse/Public Health Nurse, where they functioned as a WOC Nurse Consultant and Case Manager for complex wound and ostomy patients. In 2003, Lisa became a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse at Paridise Valley Hospital Center for Wound Healing, where they performed comprehensive wound care consultations and debridements in the hospital setting. Lisa then moved on to Kinetic Concepts, Inc. - Acelity - 3M as an RN, CWOCN, Clinical Account Manager, HomeCare, where they were responsible for achieving financial and strategic goals for their assigned territory. In 2007, Lisa joined Sharp HealthCare (Home Health) as a Registered Nurse, CWOCN, where they applied "Best Practice" nursing principles in a consultative role that resulted in cost-effective care with improved outcomes and patient satisfaction. In 2010, they joined Mölnlycke as a Senior Clinical Specialist-Pressure Injury Prevention and delivered educational programs to appropriate audiences. In 2017, Lisa became a Corporate Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse at Lorian Health. Lisa then moved on to Medela as a Clinical Sales Specialist Healthcare NPWT, where they worked as a team to develop strategic plans and education programs to service customers with cost-effective, innovative Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) products. Most recently, Lisa has been working as a Sr. Clinical Manager at NATROX® Wound Care since 2022.

Lisa Foster has an education history that includes a High School Diploma from Schaumburg High School (1980-1984), a BSN from Northern Illinois University (1985-1989), a CWOCN from Metro State University (2002), a Certified Foot and Nail Care Nurse from Taylor'd Health CFCN (2014), and a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University (2014-2016). Additionally, they have obtained a Registered Nurse certification from the California Board of Registered Nursing in 1990, a Foot Care Certification (CFCN) from the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN) in 2012, and a CWOCN from the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN) in 2001.
