Stacey Martin has worked in various roles in the industry since 2010. Stacey started as a Programme Manager at LGC Limited in 2010, then moved to Mologic as a Project Manager. Stacey then worked as a Senior Assay Development Scientist at Molecular Vision in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Research Scientist at Cambridge Life Sciences, followed by a Project Manager role at the Royal College of Physicians in 2013. In 2014, they were a Senior R&D Scientist at AgPlus Diagnostics, followed by a Project Manager role at the University of Leeds in 2016. In 2017, they were a Project Lead (Senior Specialist) at The Binding Site, followed by a Project Manager role at Axol Bioscience Ltd. in 2020. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Inotec AMD, where they have implemented a project management process with stage gates and associated documentation, integrated with the company's Quality Management System and other regulatory requirements.
Stacey Martin has a diverse educational history. Stacey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from Anglia Ruskin University between 1993 and 1996. Stacey then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biosensors from the University of Surrey between 1999 and 2003. Most recently, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Fast track) with Merit from Birkbeck, University of London in 2010. Additionally, Stacey has obtained two certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, PRINCE2 Agile™ Practitioner in December 2021 and PRINCE2 Agile™ Project Management Certifications in November 2021.
