Kayla Perkins

Kayla Perkins, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Kayla began their career at Trillium Family Services as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2009 to December 2010. Kayla then moved on to Morrison Child and Family Services, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist II from December 2010 to May 2013. Kayla joined Columbia Distributing in May 2013 as an HR Manager and continued their tenure there until May 2019, when they were promoted to HR Director. Kayla held the position of HR Director at Columbia Distributing until June 2021. Currently, Kayla is working as the Site HR Director at Inotiv since June 2021, and they have recently been appointed as the HR Director - DSA - Discovery & Safety Assessment at the same company from July 2022.

Kayla Perkins, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Human Development from Montana State University-Bozeman. Kayla has also obtained certifications in "Communicating in the Language of Leadership" from LinkedIn and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), awarded by SHRM.
