Fernando Moreira

Fernando Moreira is an experienced leader in the fields of information and communication technology and electronics, currently serving as President of INOV, an ICT and Electronics Research and Development Institute since 2001. Moreira holds multiple board positions, including Member of the Board at Xsealence - Sea Technologies and REPART - SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAÇÃO DE RECURSOS PARTILHADOS, SA, as well as President at TRAILTEC and TECMIC - Tecnologias de Microelectrónica, SA, focusing on remote monitoring and incident management solutions. Prior experience includes a board membership at INESC from 2000 to 2009. Fernando Moreira earned a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico from 1980 to 1984.
