Nick Matthews

Nick Matthews currently serves as the Chief Business Service Officer at INOVA Federal, overseeing the growth and management of commercial lending, deposit, and treasury management departments. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending at First State Bank, focusing on commercial banking needs in the Michiana market. As the Director of Commercial Lending and Credit at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, responsibilities included developing the commercial loan department and ensuring production goals were met. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Business Banking at Centier Bank, and positions as a Business Banking Officer and Credit Analyst at 1st Source Bank and ChoiceOne Bank, respectively. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Valley State University.
