Currently serving as the Manager of Community Relations & Business Development at INOVA Federal since July 2018, Samuel has held multiple roles within the organization, including Branch Manager in Training and Assistant Branch Manager. Concurrently, Samuel has been a Pastor at Rise Up And Walk Christian Church since May 2007. Previous experience includes owning a business at Ebenezer Enterprises, working as a Youth Care Worker at Bashor Children's Home, and various roles in customer service at Lake City Bank and Kroger. Samuel holds a Doctor of Ministry from World Harvest Bible College, a Master of Divinity from Indiana Christian University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend.
