Meng Qiang

Mr. Meng was appointed President in July 2020. Previously Mr. Meng held the position of Chairman of the Board, responsible for management and coordination of INOVA’s business within China. Prior to joining INOVA, Mr. Meng had nearly 30 years of work and management experience in the oil and gas geophysics industry. He previously served as the Director of Business Administration and Legal Department and as Deputy Director of the Audit Department of BGP. He managed equity investment and M&A business, equity management, strategic management, policy formulation, legal affairs, and internal control at BGP. Mr. Meng graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, majoring in Economic Management. He also studied and earned relevant certificates at several renowned universities such as De La Salle University of the Philippines and Tsinghua University of China.
