Rhonda Webster

Rhonda Webster has extensive work experience in various roles, starting with their current position as the Director of Payroll Operations at Inova Payroll, Inc. since March 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at One Source Payroll from January 2008 to present, where they managed payroll processes for multiple companies and maintained HRIS databases.

Before their payroll roles, Rhonda worked as an Agent at Fred Loya Insurance from July 2007 to December 2007, where they quoted and underwrote car insurance plans, as well as provided customer service. Rhonda also had a role as a Retail Sales Consultant/Advertising at Lansing State Journal from June 2006 to July 2007.

In their earlier career, Rhonda worked as a Bartender/Waitress at 2 Feathers Roadhouse Bar and Grill from September 2004 to June 2006. Rhonda started their management career as a Store Manager at Sir Pizza of Michigan from November 1996 to July 2004.

Rhonda Webster's education history includes obtaining a Human Resource Specialist degree from Tarrant County College between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Tarrant County College from 2017 to 2019. Rhonda also achieved a G.E.D. from Grand Ledge Public School in 2001, where they studied Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education. Rhonda'ssecondary education took place at Holt High School from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a Basic degree. Additionally, Rhonda obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Tarrant County College.
