Nuno Soares

Nuno Soares has over 15 years of experience as a senior innovation consultant and funding advisor. Nuno has worked as the Chief Business Officer at INOVA+, where they were responsible for business development, marketing, strategic planning, and managing client portfolios. Nuno also played a role in coordinating EU funded projects focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer. Additionally, Nuno has been directly involved in the creation and early stages of 15 new startups across various technology areas. Prior to INOVA+, they worked as a Project Manager/Consultant at UninovaUSC, supporting new technology-based firms, and as an Enterprise Consultant at PT.

From 2001 to 2004, Nuno Soares studied Economics at Universidade Portucalense (UPT) and obtained a Bachelor's degree. From 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in RSE - Responsabilidade Social Empresarial at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
