Sara Dinwoodie, CBAP

Sara Dinwoodie, CBAP, has extensive work experience in various roles related to software product management and analysis. Sara currently works at Inovatec Systems as a Software Product Owner for the Loan/Lease Management System (LMS). Prior to this role, they served as a Product Manager and Product Business Analyst for the same system. Sara's previous experience includes working as a Software Implementation Consultant & Business Analyst at Inovatec Systems, where they were responsible for implementing software and providing analysis services. Before joining Inovatec Systems, Sara worked at InComm Canada as a Client Representative, where they managed client relationships and coordinated projects for prepaid credit and debit products. Sara also worked at Peoples Trust as a Project Coordinator and at Moneris Solutions as a Project Launch Coordinator, where they were responsible for project management and rollout of gift and loyalty programs. Early in their career, Sara worked in retail, serving as a Store Manager at Northern Group Ltd and as an Assistant Store Manager at Eddie Bauer.

Sara Dinwoodie, CBAP, obtained their BA degree in English from Okanagan College, where they studied from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they have achieved several certifications in the field of business analysis. Sara obtained the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification and the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ certification from the IIBA in May 2021. Sara also completed the Certified Business Analysis (CBAP) Certification Training from Simplilearn in November 2020.
