Kyle Holmquist

Kyle Holmquist has over 40 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles. From 1982 to 1998, they worked as a Major/Program Manager/Operations Research Analyst for the USAF, where they provided test analyses, supported emergency operations exercises, and conducted manpower analyses. From 1998 to 2013, they served as Senior Director - Programs/Projects at SRA International, overseeing diverse portfolios including contracts at the OPM, NIEHS, NSF, and VBA, as well as 25 projects at EPA. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Vice President of Technology and eLearning Solutions at Oak Grove Technologies, leading geographically dispersed teams in delivering eLearning solutions, emergency management training, and web/mobile applications. Since 2016, Kyle has been the Director of Operations at SciMetrika, responsible for service delivery, project management, and Health IT initiatives, including the National Program of Cancer Registries and Immunizations Electronic Grants Application. In 2018, they joined Inoventures, LLC as the Director of Operations.

Kyle Holmquist earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Kyle later pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Research at Stanford University, where they attended from 1985 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Kyle has obtained several certifications, including the ITIL 2011 Foundation from EXIN in February 2014, the ITIL v2 Foundation from EXIN in November 2008, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2006.
