Hans-Peter Zorn

Hans-Peter Zorn has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hans-Peter began their career in 2005 at European Media Laboratory GmbH (EML) as a Research Associate, focusing on topics such as Dialogue Systems, Context Modelling, and Multimedia Information Retrieval. Hans-Peter also gained expertise in collaborative software development.

In 2011, Zorn joined Technische Universität Darmstadt as a Scientific Researcher, where they worked on the MOTIS railway timetable information project. Their responsibilities included data evaluation, middleware development, and connecting mobile and web applications to the routing algorithm backend. Hans-Peter also worked as a Doctoral Researcher at UKP Lab, focusing on unsupervised methods in NLP.

Zorn joined inovex GmbH in 2014 as a Big Data Scientist, working on projects related to big data analysis. Hans-Peter later became the Head of Artificial Intelligence, overseeing AI-related initiatives and advancements. As of 2022, they are currently serving as the CTO at inovex GmbH.
