Vanessa Steurer

Vanessa Steurer is a software engineer with extensive experience in data science and software development. Currently employed at inovex GmbH since April 2018, Vanessa has utilized skills in Python, Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, and Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as cloud technologies and Kubernetes. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked as a research assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in the Energy Smart Home Lab, focusing on sensor integration, data aggregation, and visualization using technologies such as WAMP, Kafka, and JavaScript. Vanessa also completed a consultant internship at IBM, specializing in cognitive chatbots. Vanessa holds a Master of Science degree in NLP and smart data analytics and a Bachelor of Science degree in natural language processing from KIT.
