Karim Sharobim

Karim is an attorney with over 18 years of experience, specialised in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings, restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters. At inovia capital, Karim works with the investment teams on the various transactions and is responsible for all legal matters. Before joining inovia, Karim was Vice-President of Legal Affairs at LASIK MD Vision (Canada’s leading vision correction provider), after having spent 10 years in private practice. Karim graduated with a BBA from HEC Montreal and an LL.B. from University of Montreal.
