Harshal Kubavat, PhD

Dr. Harshal Kubavat has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2021. From 2005 to 2007, they were an Erasmus Student at Uppsala Universitet and a Pharmacist at Lloyds Pharmacy. From 2007 to 2010, they were a PhD Student at the University of Bath Pharmaceutical Surface Science Research Group. Harshal then worked as an Associate Consultant, Consultant, and Research Consultant at Deallus Group from 2010 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of Riffle Konsult and the Head of Strategic Consulting Services at INOVIS INC. In 2021, they became a Trustee and Volunteer at Nystagmus Network. Throughout their career, Harshal has consistently brought a high degree of understanding of brand and competitor strategies, empathy for clients' needs and pain points, and innovative ideas to enable and optimize brand and competitor strategies.

Harshal Kubavat, PhD completed a Master of Pharmacy at the University of London from 2002 to 2006, focusing on Pharmacy. Harshal then went on to pursue a PhD at the University of Bath from 2007 to 2010, specializing in Inhalation Science. In 2017, they completed a Strategic Marketing Leadership program at Henley Business School.
