Carolyn Barratt

Carolyn Barratt has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Carolyn began their career in 1997 as Senior Recruitment Manager at Atos International, where they managed recruiting strategies nationally, supporting multiple hiring managers across several areas of business, developing expertise in Cloud Service, ERP, Consulting & Technology Services, Sales and Marketing, Managed Services and Data Centers, Systems Integration, PMO and Development. In 2013, they joined The Growing Team as Talent Acquisition Partner, where they applied a strategic approach to growing businesses and served clients across the United States. In 2021, they were appointed as Director, HR and Talent Acquisition at Inovium.

Carolyn Barratt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McMaster University.
