Craig Lawless is an accomplished professional in the field of bioinformatics, currently serving as the Director of Bioinformatics at Inoviv since February 2023. Prior to this role, Craig held various positions at The University of Manchester from July 2009 to February 2023, including Bioinformatics Senior Experimental Officer for the Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell Matrix Research and bioinformatician. Craig's expertise encompasses advanced data analysis, machine learning applications, and mass spectrometry data processing, exemplified by the development of a QconCAT design pipeline that successfully designed over 100 QconCATs. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Application Developer at MDSAS, Information Analyst at University Hospital South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, and Data Analyst at NHS Central Lancashire. Craig earned a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from The University of Manchester and a Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Leicester.
