Rita Sromek is the current Regional Sales Manager for Southeast & Europe at Inovonics. Rita has over 15 years of experience in the commercial security industry. Rita has a proven track record of developing and maintaining commercial security market intelligence to ensure product relevance and marketability including end-user needs, key competitors, channel needs, industry trends, and legislative and regulatory changes. Rita is also an expert in the Product Development Process with validated requirements, performance specifications, and financial justification using LEAN fundamentals and ISO audited quality metrics. In their previous role as Senior Product Manager, Rita actively managed a portfolio of products over their life cycle in various market verticals, including pricing, to achieve gross margin and profitability goals while ensuring market needs are met. Rita has also supported the marketing communications team in brand management, product positioning, pricing, and value propositions used in launch and promotional campaigns. Prior to their work in the commercial security industry, Rita was a Field Service Engineer for Cal Protection, where they provided service and support for commercial fire products.
