José has also contributed to education as a Computer Teacher and Course Director at Agrupamento de Escolas de Alpendorada and has taught software development across various secondary schools. José's educational background comprises a Master’s degree in Engineering Graphic Systems and Multimedia and two degrees in Software Engineering from Instituto Superior Politécnico Gaya and Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.

Predicting the products that are most likely to be out-of-stock and in what locations, optimizing the logistics and operations by several orders of magnitude – this is in place for Fashion, Food and now in Sports retailers.
