Paul Griese

Paul Griese has worked in various roles in the engineering and construction industry since 1995. Paul began their career as a Contract Engineer at General Motors in 1995, and then moved on to become a Facility Engineer at Lucas Varity in 1998. In 2000, they began working as a Project Manager at OR&L Construction, where they managed commercial and industrial construction projects ranging from $100K to $5M. In 2003, they became a Project Manager at Crittall North America, where they were a liaison between customers and a UK window manufacturer, and was responsible for detailed design, delivery coordination, disputes, and collections. In 2004, they began working as a Project Manager at Delta Building Corp, where they managed design-build construction projects for commercial and industrial buildings ranging from 6000-40,000 square feet. In 2016, they moved on to become a Project Manager at Fabbrica. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Director of Projects and Engineering and then a Senior Building Envelope Consultant at Wheaton & Sprague Engineering Inc. Paul is currently working as Director of Projects and Engineering at INOVUES.

Paul Griese obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University between 1990 and 1995. Paul then went on to obtain an MS in Management from Rensselaer at Work between 2002 and 2009. In 2016, they completed the Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP) program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
