Kate Cafferky

Kate Cafferky is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational HR management. Currently serving as HR Manager at INEOS Inovyn since November 2022, Kate previously held similar positions at INEOS Energy and Bruceshaw LLP, where responsibilities included managing employee engagement projects, talent management, and complex employee relations cases. Kate has also worked as Head of HR at GENEL ENERGY PLC, overseeing HR processes for the UK and Africa, and held advisory roles at Hess Corporation, contributing to performance management and graduate program coordination. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
