Katie Wray, PharmD

Katie Wray, PharmD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Pharmacy Intern at the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center Infusion Pharmacy. In 2014, they served as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, specifically in the Department of Pharmacology and Cell Biophysics.

In 2018, Katie had a brief stint at Procter & Gamble as a Clinical Sciences Extern.

Katie then joined Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2019 as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Global Medical Communications/Global Medical Affairs, where they stayed until 2021. During this time, they also served as Adjunct Faculty at MCPHS University from 2019 to 2021.

Currently, Katie is employed at Inozyme Pharma, where they started in 2021 as a Senior Manager in Scientific Communications. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director of Medical Affairs.

Katie Wray, PharmD, obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in the years 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, they completed their Pre-Pharmacy Studies at the University of South Carolina from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Katie holds a Pharmacy Intern Certification from the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy, obtained in July 2015. Katie also has certifications in Diabetes Education and Immunization, both obtained from the American Pharmacists Association, although the specific dates of attainment are not provided.
