Lazaro Santos

Lazaro Santos is an experienced professional in IT governance and management, currently serving as an Especialista em Governança de TI at Inpasa Brasil since February 2019, where responsibilities include service management, IT indicators, and ITSM tool administration. Prior to this role, Lazaro held various positions at Evo from September 2014 to January 2019, including Supervisor Técnico, coordinating internal and external support teams and managing customer relationships.
