Katarzyna Wojdat is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Inpay since January 2025, Katarzyna previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Better Energy, where expertise in the full recruitment cycle was applied to source highly skilled employees across the Nordic countries.
