Dean Mathers

Dean Mathers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically within the Ichthys LNG Project for INPEX Corporation since March 2016. Currently serving as Lead ICSS Engineer, Dean has held various roles including Senior ICSS Integration Engineer and Instrument & ICSS Commissioning Superintendent, where significant achievements include executing facility-wide process control commissioning and managing commissioning activities for key equipment. Prior to INPEX, Dean held director positions at Singapore Leadership Centre Pte. Ltd. and Australian Leadership Systems Pty. Ltd., focusing on leadership and collaboration experiences. Dean has a solid engineering foundation, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from The University of Western Australia.
