Masaharu Kurosawa

Masaharu Kurosawa is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as an HSE advisor and Recruitment Lead at INPEX Corporation since December 2016. In this role, Masaharu is responsible for the recruitment of engineers and the development and execution of a summer internship program. Prior to this, Masaharu worked as a Senior Production Engineer, leading the HPU installation project and the rigless workover operations. From March 2010 to November 2016, Masaharu held the position of Production Engineer at ADMA-OPCO, focusing on production surveillance, planning, and reservoir monitoring. Masaharu's career began at INPEX Corporation in 2008 as a Junior Process Engineer and Junior Production Engineer, and Masaharu also worked as a Process Operator in gas processing operations. Academically, Masaharu holds an MSc in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering from Waseda University.
