Tim Hermann

Tim Hermann is an experienced electrical and instrumentation technician with a robust background in oil and gas operations. Currently serving as the Responsible Person Electrical (RPE) for the Ichthys project with INPEX since September 2015, Tim supervises high-voltage systems and electrical distribution on the FPSO, along with training and mentoring junior staff. Prior roles include positions at Chevron, where responsibilities encompassed managing maintenance work scopes and scheduling multidiscipline resources, and BP, where Tim coordinated maintenance activities and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Tim holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland and various qualifications from TAFE Queensland, along with a comprehensive career history that includes roles at Downer and Queensland Alumina Limited.
