Wendy Loundermon

Wendy Loundermon is the VP of Finance at Inpixon. Prior to their current position, Wendy was a Tax Manager at Thomson Reuters from August 1998 to March 2002. There, they were responsible for annual tax planning and analysis for federal corporate income, multi-state income, foreign, and local taxes. Wendy also identified, analyzed, and reported tax law and financial accounting changes, new business transactions, and corporate systems and operations changes.

In their previous position as the Chief Financial Officer at Inpixon, Wendy was responsible for all aspects of the company's financial strategy. This included developing long-term plans to ensure sustainability and growth, overseeing the budgeting process, managing cash flow, and developing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Wendy began their career in 1992 as a Tax Accountant at Tax Management Systems Inc. where they worked for six years before joining Thomson Reuters. Wendy has a wealth of experience in tax and finance and is an expert in their field.

Wendy Loundermon has a Masters of Science in Taxation from George Mason University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same school.

They work with Melanie Figueroa - General Counsel and SVP Corporate Development, Soumya Das - Chief Operating Officer, and Shirish Tangirala - Managing Director of Inpixon India. Wendy Loundermon reports to Nadir Ali, CEO.
