Natalia Szulc is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Group Head of Internal Communications and Employee Experience at InPost Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia held significant positions in corporate communications, including Corporate Communications Manager at UPC Polska from March 2018 to July 2022, and Communications Manager for Poland and the Baltics at Unilever from June 2016 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, Natalia worked at Leroy Merlin Polska as both Strategic Communications Coordinator and Internal Communications Specialist and gained experience as a Senior Account Executive at EuroportMedia Public Relations. Natalia began their career with an internship at Camron PR. Educationally, Natalia holds a Master of Science in Economics from Poznan University of Economics and Business and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
