Radosław Bądźwol

Tomasz Rados is a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, previously serving as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, focusing on structural reform support. In addition to a role as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, Tomasz held positions within the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, emphasizing crisis management and planning. Early career experiences include roles in project management at the European Commission and as a Referendarz at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz Rados earned a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw between 1998 and 2003.
